Beyond the ordinary
This is where our journey begins. Get to know your future as a Behaviour Support Practitioner (BSP), or continue your knowledge and skills across the domains of the Capability Framework as you head towards next level of your career as a BSP.

New Entry Level
This is where our journey begins. What does this look like? where do I begin? having your own clinical supervisor can provide 1-1 guidance you through each step of the application, the evidence needed, submission review and responding to Proda requests for more information.

Continued Supervision
Whether you are a new Behaviour Support Practitioner entering the field for the first time or an experienced practitioner, having your own clinical supervisor can provide valuable objective support, guidance, and advice.
Clinical supervision offers a safe and supportive space to reflect on your practice, discuss challenges, and explore strategies for professional growth. It provides an opportunity to gain fresh perspectives, strengthen your skills, and receive guidance on next steps in your work.
Through clinical supervision, practitioners are supported to learn, grow, and continue developing confidence and excellence in their practice.

NDIS supervision obligations
It is important to ensure you have the right level of supervision from an appropriately qualified supervisor. I provide clinical supervision for both individuals and groups, supporting practitioners at different stages of their professional journey.
As a qualified Clinical Supervisor, I have extensive experience supporting the development of advanced practitioners. I have worked as a Behaviour Support Practitioner for over three years, supporting individuals with complex needs and working closely with their families.
I specialise in behaviour change and bring decades of experience working with children, young people, and adults with a wide range of disabilities and conditions within the NDIS space. My approach focuses on practical guidance, reflective practice, and supporting practitioners to build confidence, capability, and best-practice outcomes in their work.
"I just wanted to let you know that my BSP applciation was successful! Thank you for your guidance and advice throughout the process!."
